From League of Legends, the obvious choices are Diana and Pantheon to go along with Leona, but I also think a fun plot would be just a collection of Void Champions as guest apps. Any combination of Vel'Koz, Cho'Gath, Kha'Zix, Kog'Maw and Malzahar as guest stars would be really cool, even if they had to be pretty heavily altered to fit the PG rating of this game.

From Gunnerkrigg Court, it'd be cool to see Kat and Annie but I don't REALLY think they'd fit this game too well, so instead I'm gonna request Mr. Eglamore, Jones, and maybe Coyote or Ysengrin.
